So...I got a new belt for Christmas, new clothes, but no shoes. I am really in need of a good pair of lifting shoes...so I figured what place better to take a poll than here at Sioux!

What shoes do you wear to kick butt in the gym???:flex:

Nike Free Trainers. Love them!

Im hearing that people either love lifting in Vibrams Five Fingers, or they hate them. Not too many in the middle LOL! Those are next on my list of wants though.

I've been using Vibrams, and I love them.

I tried a pair of Vibrams for leg day the other day and really like them for almost everything! They weren't so great when I did heavy standing calf raises. But, other than that, I thought they were good!
