Jenny Worth: Fitness Legend

If there was any woman who personified fitness, it was Jennifer Worth. She had amazing charisma as well as one of of tightest bodies in the game. She won the Fitness International title, and was very close to winning the Fitness Olympia title before a bad accident made her decide to quit the business. Last time I heard, she was a DJ now in Flordia, I think.

I think she had a thyroid disorder too I remember reading she had to do CRAZY cardio and eat clean year round to get into contest shape!
