This morning I took my pics and then hit the gym to train a couple clients!! :D

But right now I am up babysitting my roomies nieces and nephews because her mom had fallen and broke her leg on Tuesday and she has been in hospital since. Wound up having surgery yesterday and the meds they gave her today she is NOT reacting well to at all :(

Yup I have a soft spot for kids :D

Besides that, her family is kinda like my own family as well so I am concerned for her mom and thought her brother belonged at hospital too when he gets off work so I came here :)

Ive always done my cardio inside...

Well 2night...I got my chest/back workout in and only 15 min of cardio on the treadmill because it closes @ 10pm and the security officer came in and told us it was time...I knew I was pushing it...smile

So I was like this is my last week of prep and I havent been steppin up for my shoots...so I said i will go on a 15 min run...

OMG outside cardio is so different then the indoor cardio...I havent ran outside like that in 4 yrs...WOW
