Shelly and Betsy- I just want to say- I am sooo IMPRESSED by the amount of mussle you two girls put on this off season. Remember, I saw you at your first show- no skinny bitches this year! :awesome:

But serisoulsy, you legs look great- you really put on size there, as well as your shoulders and back width and thickness. You both looked really proportional up there and I am very happy for you. And wow, what a booty!

firstly i want to thank my wonderful boyfriend for putting up with me all weekend! LUV U!:kiss:

it was a fun show, although they told us we'd be going on at 2 PM... we didnt step onto stage til a lil after 5.

Congrats to bets and nicole as well. they said it was a tough class to judge, and the scores were close... and we all held our own up there!

Although i won (and runner up in the overall) i look back at pics now and say WOW i looked flat! LOL Both Bets and I are super carb/water sensitive...the minute we cut some water, we flatten a bit, and its so hard to fill out again. Luckily this weekend we have the ohio show, which is our trainers show, so we can really talk to him about how we feel and he can see us in person. it takes so long to learn your own body and honestly both bets and i look a thousand tims better with 2.5 gallons of water in us and FOOD. Well, this is the reason we DIDNT do national this yr... another yr locally to play around and GET IT RIGHT!!!

on a positive note, i thank EVERYONE for all of your kind words. a lot of you followed our journey thru our offseason of hell, in hopes to make serious changes to our tiny physiques, and after this weekend i think that mission was accomplished. Although I feel we could still use some more upper body size, we really changed our overall shape, our backs, and our legs...which makes us really happy!! we will always be a work in progress lol but it feels good to see our work pay off!

SO THANK YOU EVERYONE! i will report back later on my meal intake lol

it was great to see all the sc ladies, luv you all! :D time to nap:p then back on diet tomorrow for next weekend.

Charloette- thank you so much. We did work hard and it shows. and trust me if WE can do it on our tuny frames, YOU CAN TO! just takes Time and Consistency and more importantly HARD FREAKIN WORK! Still need to make improtvements before national shows next yr but we have the foundation now. now we'll rock the stage this weekend one more time!! then THANK GOD WE CAN EAT hehe
