National LHW Amy Neal

I just wanted to throw some props out for Amy Neal who is the Owner of Gym of Buckhead and I train with her occasionally as I train there as well. She is doing nats and as always has the ability to get ridiculously hard . Her legs look amazing this year and I do believe her calves got bigger...Its tough to train with your competition right there but its also motivating and I know she is going to do very well this year!

Amy last competed at the 2007 NPC National Championships. She placed 5th in the light heavyweight class............

She looked great last yr and was scratching my head at her 2nd 5th place finish. It may be how she poses?? Anyway good luck to Amy and you Elena, I'm glad this old lady ain't competing with ya'll :bowdown:
