Why did you start to work out?
I have been working out since I was a sophomore in High School. I gained too much weight when I was in Middle School and figure this will be the best way. And after that I stayed with it and wanted to help other people see the joy in lifting and living a healthier lifestyle.
What's your biggest motivator (to continue)?
My biggest motivator is to look better and feel great when I get on stage.
What do you do apart from bb,fitness or figure(job,interests,hobbies)?
I work for a crane company as a sales coordinator plus work part time as a group fitness instructor. After my work I am training for a marathon that will qualify me for Boston.
Mention at least 3 things that is important to you in your life?
God, family, friends
Mention at least 3 things that makes you happy/mad?
Happy: family/friends, accomplishing something that I put my mind to, and everyday waking up is a great day.
Mad: some peoples opinions, people who don’t have goals, and haters
How would you describe yourself as a person?
I am a person who loves life and love to help people accomplish their goals.
What is your best/worst trait?
Best trait: When I put my mind to do something I work my butt off to make it happened.
Worst Trait: I work though pain when I should stop and take a break. Sometimes it is harder for me to take my own advise about training with an injury.
