I caught up with Mindi and she shared some info most people don't know about her... It's a funny story how she did her first bodybuilding competition. She's also featured in the Canadian Fitness Magazine Inside Fitness.

Ya it's a great mag but unfortunately only available in Canada right now.

I can't believe I posted something you weren't aware of. LOL :D
