Everyone brings there own package to the table, sort of speak. But there are those specific body parts that stand out from the rest in certain competitors. That's why I'm attempting to start on threads that highlight certain muscle groups that are above other competitors. Basically, you take one look at them and go...:respect: It's about size, definition, vascularity, strength, etc. And this thread will focus on the arms (biceps, triceps, forearms).

I'll start off with figure pro Inga Neverauskaite. The veins on her biceps remind me of those on WWE star Batista. Very impressive. ;)

Agree with both of them. BTW, another competitor who's arms are UNREAL for fitness/figure is Natalie Ariel. I believe someone mentioned that she would make a great crossover to BB.

I can see why! :awesome:

These pictures is from 2006 California Pro. Pauline Nordin had lovely arms. But novadays it seems that she has taken some size down.(is it a right expression, my english sucks..) btw does anyone know about Paulines plans for this year?

Hey, this is for you guys at HDPhysiques for shooting Natalie:

BTW, how heavy does she go on biceps, anyway...if you don't mind me asking that is. She can lift a lot, it's obvious from the preview clip on your site, but HOW much. I couldn't on the clip; must be losing it or something. LOL.

I don't know. I'm not really one that focuses on weight while we shoot - I'm busy focusing on, well, focus, lighting, framing, etc... LOL

But yes, she's strong as an ox - there's no doubt - in most of these clips that we have up of her, she's moving most the rack of weights, etc... She's one of those whose muscles ARE as strong as they look.

I'll try to remember and ask her some specific lifts when I see her next weekend at the Arnold, cool?

One of the most respected fitness veterans today, Tracey Greenwood. Another strong competitor, with among the most vascular arms in the biz.

Cray,

A-Train had some things come up and could not make it to Columbus. However, she's promised me more shoots later this year, so I'll do my best to get all her stats (measurements, lifts, etc...) next time I see her. She's a wonderful person -great gal, I love working with her.
