The dutch ifbb nationals will be broadcasted live on the internet. Sunday the 20th off april starting at 14.00 hours (local time).

wow, thats suprising. I dont know what is the reason , but we had same situation in this spring in Finland. So much less competitors than last spring..

But gonna watch this, interesting!

I am trying to catch up on the show but the buffering and streaming is having a bit of a problem. I am hoping that BR will post it somewhere on their site to download once everything is said and done.

Also thanks for the link to Body Resource, it looks like a good start for me to get introduced and introduce myself to the Dutch world of figure and fitness.

For now my gym is calling for my Sunday morning work-out though. I hope you're having fun out there Gert!

Huge thanks, Gert! Was not able to watch that webcast live. Could you please post the results of bodyfitness and female bodybuilding? And could u please say from this pic, who is who ? Will there be dutch girls in European Championships this year, do you know ?

Girl on the left is Debbie Keskin, she took first place. Girl next to her is Gisa ter Haar, she took second place. I think these two are gonna compete at the europeans but that list is not published yet so i'm not sure.
