Most everyone has a muscle or muscle group that responds very well to weight training.

My arms! They grow when I just touch the weights!

My legs are a different story...

i picked quads..now the last 2 years i've been struggling on making sure they dont grow much more! glutes could have been picked too...LOL..but i have never tried to get that thing to grow...i need to make sure that sucker is kept under control.

I would have to say quads/ hamstrings and traps/shoulders easily!! Those areas will just take over if I'm not careful!

I would have to say my back and legs. My legs have always been pretty big and when I really hit em hard they grow grow grow!

I would say easiest for me is my back -- that's my strongest body part.

I picked quads because overall they probably grew the quickest...but I think my shoulders are pretty close in line with them too... I wish my arms would grow as quickly as my legs :(

The big ol' gluteus of mine has always been quite pronounced...

I picked calves. Back in the day at college (boy, that was like 12 yrs ago), I went to college in Upstate NY on a huge hill. I walked everywhere with a huge backpack of books. My calves got huge and I had to wear sweat pants since I could not fit into my pants anymore in the calf area. :D

I pretty much grow wherever I train hardest. So this year it's been the chest. My pecs are ridiculous right now. :D

In order, calves, delts and back width. I don't train any of these parts right now because I'm trying to achieve better symmetry.

Well my calves are always just there, so I went with triceps because thats my biggest improvement since actually lifting pretty hard!

If I even LOOK at dumbells my shoulders grow! I used to NOT train them throughout college, when I was a "cardio queen".
Pretty much my whole upper body responds quickly. Now I need some calves!

My back! Favorite part to train, just wish I can see it more lol - need a 3-way mirror. Calves, I rarely train them, but they also respond fast when I do some exercises....

I would say my arms grow soooo fast and my back can get pretty wide (love that), quads/hammies grow nicely also. My abs are my trouble spot but working HARD at it!!!

Wishing a productive day to all!!!

HMMMM this one is hard for me.. bc I would have to say that im pretty symmetrical and overall needed some size EVERYWHERE... so id like to think my shoulders have grown a lot.. thats my final answer!

I still need to add mass everyone also. But my back responds well to training. I don't have to work nearly as hard on back as I do everything else.

My quads and traps! I don't even train them! :banghead: Working on bringing up the hammies to complement my overpowering quads and the my shoulders to to catch up with my traps.

I'd have to say my arms and quads are the most responsive for me..and my glutes of course which are huge right now!!:p
