2008 NPC Teen, Collegiate, & Masters National Championships

July 18-19th

CONTEST VENUE & HOST HOTEL:

The host hotel and the contest venue is the SHERATON HOTEL - STATION SQUARE.

Call 412-261-2000 for reservations. Mention the “NPC Bodybuilding Contest” to get the Special Contest Rate.

The deadline for the Special Contest Rate is Wednesday, June 18, 2008. Rooms will not be available after this date. Please reserve your rooms early!

5:00 - 7:00 pm - Optional Early Weigh-In/Check-In

Friday, July 18

9:00 – 11:00 am - Late Weigh-In/Check-In All competitors

3:30 pm - Ballroom - Mandatory Meeting Masters Men All Figure competitors

5:00 pm - Ballroom - Prejudging Masters Men Figure 1-piece suit

Saturday, July 19

7:30 am - Ballroom - Mandatory Meeting Masters Women Bodybuilders Teen and Collegiate Bodybuilders All Figure competitors Teen Fitness (17-19 yr olds only) Collegiate Fitness (To 25 yr olds)

9:00 am - Ballroom - Prejudging Masters Women Bodybuilders Teen and Collegiate Bodybuilders All Figure 2-piece suit Teen Fitness 1-pc/2-pc suit (17-19 yr olds) Collegiate Fitness 1-pc/2-pc suit

11:00 am - Noon Pointview Room - Late Check-In Teen Fitness (8-16 yrs only)

Noon - Pointview Room - Mandatory Meeting All Teen/Collegiate Fitness competitors

1:00 pm - Ballroom - Fitness Prejudging and Finals Teen/Collegiate Fitness Routines Teen/Collegiate Fitness Awards

4:00 pm - Ballroom - Mandatory Meeting All Bodybuilding and Figure competitors

5:00 pm - Ballroom - Finals Bodybuilding and Figure

ok, 40 days away to Masters. Got my diet and have planned out my week in regards to training and cardio. It's time to get my gameface on and kill it! Last show of the season for me and I will give 110% to get it as close as I can (fingers crossed) to balance out and get tighter. Today was a great day and tomorrow should be just as great. So, time to press on and GO! Hope all the ladies here getting ready for Masters are doing very well and feeling great, excited and feeling ready to hit that stage.
