Everytime I hear this I cringe.... "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."

Just thought I'd share that

and also say can we change it and eliminate from the diet language forever.... how about "There is no donut in this world that tastes as good as I feel when I'm a machine in the gym"

I agree 110%, I've used that quote in jest to try to hype myself up during prep and Nope, just got me mad.

If being thin tasted/felt better than yummy food it would be easy and everyone would be walking around looking like Ava Cowan

I agree! Anybody can be skinny by not eating. It takes more work to look strong. And you can fit in nutella when your goal is to add muscle instead of trying to look thin....just sayin'
