Bodybuilding newbie..........poses ??

Hello'
On September 26th I am hoping to debut in bodybuilding. I am wondering what DVD's anyone would recommend on learning the mandatory poses. Also any other helpful newbie BB advice is most welcome, (i.e. routine).

What competition are you doing? There are some sites that show the mandatory poses but it depends on what show you're doing sometimes. theocbwebsite.com is a good one for that, just look into the guidelines. Good luck! )

These are guys' articles, but 99.9% of it is the same. Some shows don't have fbb's do a most muscular. Hope these help.
