OPEN MEN & WOMEN - MASTERS MEN & WOMEN - NOVICE - FITNESS - TEENAGE - FIGURE - BIKINI

SANCTIONED BY: National Physique Committee of USA, Inc.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to registered amateur athletes who hold a 2009 N.P.C. card, or may obtain one on show date for a $90 fee.
Teen & Masters must have proof of age.

CONTESTANT CHECK-IN: 9:00 AM
PREJUDGING: 10:30 AM
TIME: EVENING: SHOWTIME 7:00 PM DOORS OPEN: 6:0O PM

MUSIC: Contestants may bring a cassette tape or CD preset to a maximum of 60 seconds for all non-open and crossover athletes Open Men and Women will have a max time of 90 seconds. If tape is not set DJ will play substitute music.

AWARDS: Men’s Womens, Figure, Teen & Bikini - Trophies for 1st five placed and overall. Fitness and MastersWoman trophies, for first five places
