Jen is one of my good friends. This was the best she looked ever! However, I spoke to her and she tells me that in prejudging she wasn't in the top 5. We shall see tonight, but I think she should win the overall!

Not a knck on Jen, she is Way to dry and shredded will prob be marked down by judges. Hayley McNeff looks very good and will prob win. Excellent muscle bellies, full and vascular, not to big or shredded and her stage presence and posing is very good.

Jen def was dialed in for this and should be up there. I'm a very good friend of Haley's and Jen def should have been in the first call out's as well.

Hayley will not win her class. She was too soft with no vascularity for a pro qualifier. She'll improve in time. Excellent potential. In a few years she may win this show.

This is bodybuilding. You can never be too shredded. Look at the pros.
