Anne Freitas......( excuse my language but she)deserves an UN-FUCKIN BELIEVABLE!! SHES A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH....GEEEZ...and...her front lat spread was NOT even great (didn't display the upper quad separation, cuz she locks her knees out) BUT..BUT...STILL LOOKED PHENOMENAL!!! AND.....Shes pretty too!!! HELLOOO, I like this girl! and i need to know what they are feeding these girls in Brazil Jezuz....They are killin it this year!! NUFF RESPECT!!! Congrats to ALL THE LADIES!!!!

Anne is incredible, I hope she can maintain the small waist. No more mass needed on her frame.

Anne reminds me a lot of Debi L - although Anne has very diff legs and Debi has a much thicker back. Maybe it's the blonde hair and the short stature! She def deserved the win at this show! It'll be interesting to see her up at the "O" this year!

I like Monique in the top 3 for my reasons above, but no offense to Michelle, I just don't see her 2nd. There must be something we are not seeing in the pics. Congratulations to her on her great pro debut however...she got the placing and judges liked her so what do we know from pics, they're not always reflective of what's on stage.

I thought Janet K looked incredible - conditioning and shape. She just was smaller than the other women so didn't get the same recognition for that reason I imagine. I liked her physique and balance however, awesome job girl!

It was great to see Amber, she looked like she didn't try to play the size game, just did her thing and she looked beautiful as always.

Congrats to everyone....we'll see what happens at the next one!

Indeed Janet looked fabulous and isn't that always the case for smaller competitor. They can have it all ....balanced physique , conditioning, symmetry but lack the mass and almost always get overshadowed by the bigger competitor in the pro level ... Yet to big for WPD, too big for figure and difinetly not bikini so what to do .... What too do ???

Amber looked great as well and good for her not playing the size game.
Still something stunk to high heavens when Helle places 9th and Taz 4th when both are comparable in size and conditioning but like ya said pics don't tell the whole story but in this case I have wonder what happened?

Hey Beni...what to do is what I'm set on doing this year too -- DO MY OWN THING. lol Which to me means being healthy all off-season, training smart, taking breaks as needed...of course being discplined and an athlete with food/diet...but teaching and representing the healthy side of our sport.

I sure hope FBB is around for the years to come, but I do encourage all those who love FBB to continue doing what you love as long as it's there to do. And bring your own best physique to the stage. There is not enough gratification in terms of external rewards ($, publicity etc) so you have to be happy with who YOU are and that's your reward, or it's never enough.

I do wish there was a Classic BB category (or that is what WPD would have been) for those who are in between (such as yourself and many others)...

I'll be curious to see what happens in Chicago with a different field but a few of the same competitors. Beni, I hope you are well, you have my respect as always....

Well now that I'm settled, crazy running around all day with Helle, running my booth and judging NPC show. She came hereto CT. Wed. ready to rock! looked fantastic that day and Thurs., some thing went wrong in last 24 yrs before prejudge and I saw her conditoning slip, but still good cuts showing Even so she should of been there at first call out. She is one if she is not spot on she is scrutinized immensely. We got back from prejudge and from there to the next morning she fixed what happened and looked phenomenal the next morn.(when I get some pix available we took I'll try to post a couple). That being said she was so much better for the night show but even though they say the scoring counts IT DOES NOT! Judges called out the same 3 call-outs. She wil be with me until she leaves for Chicago, and will NOT make the same mistake!! So privileged to have her with me and we will train together(I'm doing TU) until she leave Thurs. She is such a sweetheart and I have a friend for life!!
I'll get her to post again here this week!!

i was at the show and i will give you MHO...

anna is unreal..i have ass envy of that woman....all i can say is these brazillian girls have some streak going this year....

i had michele 2nd, and taz or mo for 3rd. it was close. mo has unreal shape and that is what makes her always a top contender. imo she can give iris a run if she is 100%.

helle is just too thick in the mid section, blocky....shes got some crazy size ansd conditioning...she shouldnt have been in last call...

janet was gorgeous...but as i know all to well, they like em big in the pros.

sarah hayes was her best ever..she looked amazing. gorgeous girl.

overall it was an impressive group, though it was small.

thank you for all the kind words you guys. I am kind of like the misfit toy that doesnt really have a home too big and too conditioned for wp or figure which is crazy because i looked so tiny against these gals this weekend and too small to do well as a bodybuilder. but i will continue to work with what i have. without losing my shape. goal is to get legs bigger. I actually think i look like a little hobbit standing next monique in the line up. Too funny.
