Damian Segovia of Team AFD/ Arizona Pro Physiques I made some improvements in the last year....We shall see what's next!!!

More and more blown away by the physiques I see in these masters divisions. Gets me excited about possibly stepping onstage later on down the road, when I'm at a better place in my career and have a better handle on work-life balance.

Can't tell you how many times I hear people at my gym use age, work, child birth, aging as an excuse for why they can't reach their fitness goals. You all are incredible.

Super psyched! Still taking it in. Taking sometime to focus on family and improve on my physique but looking forward to my pro debut. Thinking either Kentucky Pro in November and/or Miami Pro in December. Lord knows I love Miami ;-)

The two things I learned from my experience competing this year are one...you have to believe in yourself and never give up and two...Vision boards work. You have to be able to see where you're going.

super excited for all who gave well above and were justly rewarded especially you my friend. taking all that i learned to be applied at a later date when and where will be discussed and planned for.

I'm working with LSR at the Kentucky Pro show maybe I will get to see ya!

had a blast! not my best...wont lie confidence was a bit shaken

lost my footing and never seemed to recover. Taking the week to regroup, refocus see what lies ahead.

Congrats to all the wonderful ladies who not only placed but those who turned Pro

I really like the KentuckyMuscle. The promoter does an excellent job and often the fans agree with results. Miami does sound sweet though! Enjoy the time with your family.

Paula I am sorry it didn't go as well as you hoped. Maybe a long break is in order. Take care of yourself. You'll be back.

I am happy to say I got second in the 55+( just barely missing my pro card at 57)!!! And I also got 4th in the 45+ at this show!! I had a GREAT time seeing all the people I have had the privilege of meeting previously through the years. And I made LOTS of new friends!!! I have been competing at this show since 2003 and it gets tougher EVERY YEAR! Masters competitors are more seasoned and it is sometimes a more difficult competition than any other national level show:-)))

That is what I'm doing rest rest rest...not to long though don't want the fire to go out and I get a wee bit to comfortable
