From the photos, Cathy looked hands down the best competitor there tonight (Of course, thats from the photos -- I know from experience you need to be there to really have a clear indication of who is looking the best). Perfect conditioning, perfect balance, beautiful muscle shapes. Congratulations to her -- I think she has a good shot at the MS O.

I was rooting pretty hard for Erik Fankhouser, not just because his physique is sick, but also because he's so...real? Anyway, THE HOUSE AT THE O! YES!
And Vanessa, who was it that said a good haircut will get you pretty far in bodybuilding? I think it was Rob Youells, right before Easterns. Hide obviously heeded (<--aural pun, doesn't come off so well in writing) that advice.
