She should have won in my opinion, she was really good. 1 small thing I noticed, she did not keep the butt tight for the back poses; though she had the butt striations when she was really flexing it, she did not show them most of the time. Pity, she was really really good.

I agree I think that Sheila should have won but both girls where great and the one point between 1st and 2nd proves that!!...BUT Sheilas routine was second to none and there is NO disputing this!!!

1) chicky, im the one whos late lol!! was way tired for two days..then had to regroup get back to life..now i reading up on things . honestly i was a bit nervous to..but aweeee good energy everywhere just like at the show..

2) Michelle cookies cookies!! those were very nice, not heavy, dont cause abdominal discomfort, very nice treat. and no we didnt get to converse but i did see you and your hubby saying hi from the audience :-)

3) routine lol!! ok i have to point this out
rule number 1) cardio
Number 2) double tap
3) wear your damn thongs in the tent when being sprayed tanned.
I think i was the only competitor with ugly chocolate brown feet..
4) my top in the morning show, debbie bramwell had this strong glue moment
it hit! IT STUCK!! nothing i could do in ten minutes.

oh the stress and excitement , the tears of the come down from such a high..

Thanks for all the great fun responses.... i still awefully tired and got shit to do so i am a bit distracted..but wanted to respond didnt want anyone to think i didnt take notice or didnt care, wasnt the case at all.

well more shows to come, alot of us gearing up for another big day... as we all say, stay focused, injury free and keep humble....oh hell we all know what to do lol!!

i know, i have to be honest here. i always been insecure of flexing glutes.
i dont like my ass...and it be the true main area i focus on...i pose them alone, but in the viewers eye, i hate it, i hate it to no end. its something i have to get over..

but over all the comment, thank you, and thank you for being honest..
