Jennifer won the figure & masters overall this past weekend at the NPC Southern Classic.  She is two weeks out from the NPC Jr Nationals............

Thank You soo much for the post! Ya'll are the best at motivating each other, keeping me focused and on track and most of all sharing information so that we can all be better competitors!!
Here is a link for the height classes at NPC shows, it lists the height classes for the national shows as well as the smaller shows. If its a smaller show and they have lets say 3 classes or 4 classes then there are standards set for each group so that the class height are the same for all NPC shows!

Not to toot my own horn but.... I also won overall. I won my masters class and masters overall also.
I know that kind of lets the cat out of the bag about my age, but hey..... Old broads can rock ther stage a bit too!

Yeah I won both overalls.
Been competing for 3 years!
I feel in love with some fitness results photos I saw in an Oxygen magazine. I entered the fitness DVD giveaway because my main hang up with a fitness routine is choreography and flow, bummer. I have no imagination like that. I've been training since I saw those pictures about 4 years ago and I've had a wild ride that I wouldn't trade for anything!! |
