Just wanting to wish everyone heading to Jr. USAs this weekend a safe journey there and back, and I hope that everyone, regardless if you're competing or not, has a fantastic time both on-stage and off, especially at the afterparty!!! And to all those competing: it's been great following along with your training journals and seeing each of your individual journeys to this point. Now, it's SHOWTIME in SC, ladies: time to show off and strut your stuff!! Have an absolute BLAST up on that stage, everyone, and may the best athlete amongst you emerge victorious in the end!! Wish I was able to attend in body, but I'll be there in spirit!! Knock 'em dead: FEMALE MUSCLE ROCKS!!
