Thank you everyone for your well wishes!! paradisecup i will be in kc this weekend cause a friend of ours is competing in the show!! 6 of us went out for pizza after the show at Pizza Roma, which is a local place that had really good eats. I have a bday tomorrow so my hubby is taking me out for a nice fancy dinner at a place here called the Tenderloin Room. yummy can't wait!! I will be 42!!! wow i am getting old. lol

I had a great time at the show and loved getting to meet everyone from this awesome board. I am extremely happy with my conditioning and gains i have made over the last year. I must say i am a little disappointed about not winning the overall but jen cowan is a great athlete and she looked amazing also. I just wish i was her age. That is why i might just stick with the masters nationals from here on out so i am competing with ladies my age.

I have talked to dave today and have my game plan for the next 8 and a half weeks to the masters so a little bday celebration and it is back to business. I will keep all updated on the journey to pittsburgh. It is going to be a hard show because the overall winner gets a pro card and everyone wants it. lol

It was so great meeting you this weekend and competing against you. Truly you looked so beautful on stage and you were full and hard as nails...you deserved the overall as much as me and I KNOW we both put in just about the same amount of insane work being on Dave's plan.

Good Luck with Master's Nationals, I know you are going to kick some major booty. I will eat enough for both of us as you continue on with the diet...God bless you!

Lisa, Congrats on your placing. You looked extremly beatifull. Happy 42 Birthday.. Never call yourself old, specially when you have the capability to go through prep and comp. The only time you should consider yourself old is when you no longer can get up from bed.ood luck on your journey.
