yeah they must have broke the tie but them everyone gets moved down a placing.... so the TRUE placings are incorrect. theyshould be one place LOWER then suggested

I don't think so. I tied for 5th at the 2006 USA... but the records reflect MY placing as 6th. Same numerical score, but decision was made for the recipient of the 5th place honor.

exactly. you placed 6th when they broke the tie. in this listing in class D, its two for 2nd then bree is 3rd..when bree was really 4th...
so it SHOULD be bumpedc down one...
