Some of my Arnold Pics
Had a great time this past weekend. Obivously a big thrill spending a lot of time wiht my trainer Danny-J. Also loved spending a lot of time either at the convention or outside of with Sandy Weidmeyer, Stacy Wight and Andrew Wright, Debbie Fowler, Aubrie Richeson, Ali Dies, as well as catching up with some people who have been big helps to me along the way like Jamie Eason, Helle Nielsen, Ann Titone, Amanda Butz, Gail Auerbach and others. In all I posted on FB 197 photos, but there were many more that were kind of blurry. Sandy had so much fun with you. Probably was with you as much as anyone lol. And you know your idea you texted about? I think we can take even further |

Playing catch up.....on my diet. I fully blame Danny and Aubrie and them for making me eat that damn burger Thursday and it making me want to eat more lol. Anyway, you got the number so just let me know when you got time |

Got a bunch more if you want me to post them. I am 5 feet and nine and a half inches. Weight was 178 on THursday but afraid to see what it is now. We did my practice prep and ended it at the Arnolds so I ate quite a bit. When I started at last years Arnold I was 292. So its 114 down in a year. All thanks to Danny. And thanks for the compliment. much appreciated. HOpe to be on stage in 2012 |
