Good read Jenny. If you go to extremes, you often pay a price, and sometimes a very heavy one. That is the first competitor I have heard of who suffered from mercury poisoning.

Holy... I always think to myself how anyone thinks it's OKAY to so a diet with no fat or carbs. If I ever saw a diet like that I'd question it immediately.

Sad that some women become so sick from poor competition advice.

I'm glad im on siouxcountry because I have learned so much that I wish I would have known before. After reading that I'm saying a lot of "no wonders" to myself. It's scary to know that this can happen. Even though we may do research on our own it's still hard to know exactly what right and wrong. Wow just wow......
