A LIL over 4wks ago add or take a few days after the Arizona show Lil Mama still at it. Pics from yesterdays workout at the gym... just a quick wk.out plus cardio.

Did you even have a cheat after the show?

Looks you had no rebound or anything, which is so common.

well I did experience quite a bit of water retention which I never had before but It was due to a lot of stress factors such tooth infection I had....flight over there was unbearable. The pain in ear and jaw was freakin aweful was on Vicodin and antibiotics not too mention an hour before we boarded was notified mom was taken to ER that day then waiting and waiting for siblings to call back all day cause I couldnt get a hold of any of them till finally the next day at 9 pm when we were having dinner with Tracy my sister called my hubby to let him know mom was in I.C.U. needless to say I left SA at 110 to only to swell up to 117.6 and it wasnt from carb loading.

When we got back went saw mom and she was doing much better but the swelling in hands feet and abs would not go away so I went and saw my Doctor he put me on a diuretic spironolactone to help the body get rid of excess sodium (salt) and water and also to help control blood pressure

was also told not to stress so much and try to relax Oh yeah to find another stress relief other than wts and cardio

BUT as for cheats I had them. Currently been at 1300 calories but having refeeds so its all good. swelling to hands and feet still there just not as bad abs are coming along. STRESS FACTORS STILL THERE!!

When was your shoot with Jeff before or after your show?... http://www.siouxcountry.com/showthread.php?t=19553 I can't imagine what a miserable flight that must have been. I can't even fly because of my own health issues. It's impressive you got in the shape you did with all that you had going on. Yes stress sucks!

i did not shoot with Jeff, shot with Mike Y and it was right after prejudging like within 40-45 minutes after.

All I know its a good thing I was holding water or my placement would have been at the bottom cause I was really hard and dry when we left SA. I know ya cant tell by the pics but trust me I know when am holding water and when hands and feet are puffy and cold...circulation is just not happen right

I meant Mike, Jeff was on my mind as I contacted him recently lol. Yeah, maybe if you were harder and drier on stage you would have placed at the bottom. I hope your next show is free of pain and stress.

Was gonna do St.Louis then because of my own health issues as well
As Life's little ups and downs that hit me with a huge dental bill, major car repair and other family stuff going on its been put on hold but that is not gonna let me down. Imma keep going and just stay lean until I can do a show if funds are available and if I cant then no matter cause I'll be ready for 2013 UNLESS ya know of someone who would like to sponsor a lil latina
