I only wore mine on my arm 1 time and it started to cut my circulation off. Now I just clip it to the strap of my sports bra (I have the nano) and that works perfect for me.

I always wear 2 sports bras, so I just stuff my iphone between them. It's the only solution I've found that works for me.

Why not use a 'belt' clip and put in on your waist? I do that or clip it to the back of my lifting belt for DLs/squats.

I can't stand the armband thing either. I tried it once and it rubbed on my arm and irritated my skin. I also hold a lot of tricep fat genetically.

I use a Sansa Clip+ which I clip into the V of my shirt at the neck. They are cheap (I have 2, 1 is a refurbished one and works just as well), small, and has a handy little clip.

My arm's too fucking big for one of those arm bands.

iPod shuffle, all the way. I've owned the nanos but even that is too big and and annoying as hell.

Yep! If I have my shuffle, it's clipped to my waistband...if I have my bigger ipod, in the bra it goes!
