i must say that you should consult with your trainer (or is he/she just a figurw coach) to help you in your offseason.
You will learn that on here every girl is different in how they handle their offseasons. Some girls like Kenyatta, need to maintain a similar amt of calories all year round...and that works for them!
Others, like me, need to consume about double the calories in the offseason to make proper gains and hold onto my muscle!!!
