Get your Jan Tana or Liquid Sun Rayz on as this show is coming off tomorrow in the Melbourne Central Florida Coast area. It is a first time show, but Ty and his wife are tireless in their positive promotion of it. I'm looking forward to being there to shoot some photos and interviews.

John.......I am not competing. I'll be sitting on the panel for my last test-judging. Look for me down front; I'll probably be sitting with/near Marcy. I will be the tired and cranky brunette in the fabulous winter hat...LOL

lol, dang it I didn't get this till now! I did see you Sandi, didn't know it was you. At first I mistook you for my buddy Lucy Wilson, although you are a bit more petite

Loved that hat. Looked very military

I thought the show was fun and the Pope's did a good job. I'm rather glad Pete wasn't there or he might have pulled his hair out over some of the delays and little-big-man's antics

Might you be doing the All South this coming weekend in St. Augustine?

Had to have a little fun with my buddies over at Space Coast Barbell on Merritt Island between prejudging and the evening show. Great hardcore gym with lots of powerlifters, bodybuilders, and figure competitors and these three trainers Amy, Tammy, and Kelly.
