Believe it or not Monique Jones use to compete in figure. How many heavyweights have ever stepped on a figure stage?

Now she competes as a bodybuilder.

She'll be competing at the 2008 NPC National Championships in just a few weeks......... LINK

Hey, Mo is a friend of mine, she is so sweet. She competed in and won the Excaliber show in South Carolina and then competed in the Jr. USA in I believe it was 2006 and didn't place, the judges said she was too big. She does have some great muscle on her. She is a very great person and is now with Dave P. and his company Species is helping her out for the Nationals. I know she is looking awesome and will do well in bodybuilding. Good luck Monique, see you at the gym, Mo
