Acheivements within the sport - Elected to Team Tight Curves, 10/08; Southern Muscle Plus Cover Model, 10/08. Athletic acheivement - 7th in nation in Foil Fencing at 15 years old.

Charity work: Our businesses donate over $40K to local charities / month. (High School programs and outreach programs)

Favorite Training Day - I LOVE SHOULDERS

Favorite cheat meal - Can you say Pasta or Pizza...Oh yeah and I love Biscuits and Sausage Gravy (can you tell I'm a southerner?)

Favorite leisure activity - Not sure what leisure is. I also love to just be home and have nothing to do. Rare occasion for me.

Something interesting about ME! - I aspire to own a nutritionally fit café. I love to cook and would love to do it for a living. Even when dieting I can be found baking goodies and dinners for my family and/or giving it away to my employees.
