Agree completely. It's remarkable that he has been able to develop his vastus lateralis muscles so well, but his peculiar structure of that muscle does not complement the overall look of the quads. Instead, it looks like he's missing the top of the outer part of his quads.

I never seen quads like that. I will say he has great hamstrings and abs.

If you look really good in the 1st picture you can see tha guru Tim Gardner in the background sporting the blue and yellow Team Body Tech jacket.

What I'm curious about is that ovoid protuberance just above (the back of) his right knee, in the 3rd photo. Is that a Baker's Cyst?

Wow, what is that?? Is that a part of his muscle....I think I read about a Baker's Cyst...but I think it was in the elbow area...what exactly is a Baker's cyst?

Here is some info on Baker's cysts ... they form when the knee joint makes too much synovial fluid (lubricant).

The diagram certainly corresponds very closely to the photograph. Maybe his knees have overcompensated with an excess of synovial fluid for the stress he's put on them in training???

I'm assuming it must not be painful....his quads are humongous...doesn't looked like he's missed any training days...I wonder how he did this weekend...I'm going to try and find him.

It's the most peculiar quad structure I've ever seen, for sure. But, there's no denying that he was ready to hit the stage when those pics were taken.

BTW, I checked out your profile, Kris, and would like to compliment you on your outstanding thigh development, especially your hamstrings and adductors. Keep up the great work!

I agree with belle, he does have nice hammies...but maybe he injected his quads with that stuff that temporarily makes them bigger???Just sayin'...maybe???

exactly what i was thinking when i saw them. he looked like a teenager who competed in my show. swollen muscles from injecting something in them. cannot exactly saw what, but def looks like he has been abusing something.
