I don't know if she was ever featured here or discussed but check out Dena Anne Weiner. She is a 46 year old FIT and FIG competitor and mother of 3 teenaged kids and she looks like she could be 21. Great shape.
She is amazing! I saw her competing on tv some years back and she was phenomenal!! Her routine was awesome!! Would love to see and here more about her!
