I am hoping between her and Kelly Rippa women will start to view muscle on women differently.

Michelle had a personal trainer in Chicago. Anybody know who? From what I've read, she would get up around 4:30 AM to meet with her trainer. A great example. A true first lady.

Did you hear she was being criticized for bearing her arms at events? Some think she should cover them up...

Probably by some out of shape people that want to make excuses why they never have time to work out! IMO they are setting an example by taking care of themselves  . Maybe if more people follow their example part of the health cost in our country would go down.
