now remembr , be creative, companies can use this ''sponsor'' as write offs, so go at them in a business sense not a hand out...
make t shirts to sell on every girls site, have the proceeds go to the fund....the shirt has to be simple and wearable one for the girls one for the guys...
every small idea can be spread over all the girls 100 a month from 12 girls covers it now get double and its should be simple...

be creative and think big as to how many girls can be a part.....

Default Pro Fund

Some questions. Suppose $12,000 is raised. Will the money go to sponsor one contest? Or will it be split up to try to sponsor two contests at $6,000 each and let the promoter try to raise the other half of the needed money from his connections/sponsors or cover it himself? Should the Tampa be sponsored or the Europa? Who decides these things? Should there be a Board of Directors to decide how to distribute the funds?

My thoughts are to have a small group (3-5) of pro bodybuilding women be in charge of the fund. Maybe some women who have a substantial internet presence such as Debbie, Isabell, Helle, etc.

Here at Siouxcountry.com we're raising money to hand over to Tim Gardner in December 2009 so he can add pro women's bodybuilding back to the IFBB Tampa Pro.

Whassup @#^%^*&!! LOL I cant call you what I normally do because they will get mad at me for language haha..
But seriously, we appreciate the input, but I think the goal is to keep it "in the family". I say in the family meaning sponsorship from fans, photographers that shoot the girls, webcam sites, etc. Any entity that is Profiting directly or indirectly from female bodybuilding.. They are already getting something from the girls. And with their donations it is keeping the sport alive that they profit from & the fans that love it.. We don’t want to confuse everyone by trying to reach out to companies or whoever to solicit monies… They havent helped before so whatever. And as far as what someone else posted about splitting the sponsorship money with the Europa... Well it seems like the Parisos dont have a high opinion of the girls so I don't know if they want to even want to compete in their venue...

I'll be thinking of stuff, too.

I've already posted this on my blog, and I'll be donating throughout the year as well.
