Like many competitors Cynthia Herndon (our poster Visionquester) is worried that she will not lose enough fat in time for her show.

Amazing how we all think similar situations... It's actually not ironic at all.. We all fear that we won't make it to the end, or that the end result is not going to be what we want it it be.. Truth be known, we have made it before, and we can keep conquering. I met Cynthia backstage at Team U where she won her pro card and she is very sweet and bubbly

I hope that she will pursue competing in 16 wks... I certainly didn't have a weight I wanted to be before I started prep, and at this point in time, my weight has nothing to do with how I "LOOK"..... THank you Sioux and Cynthia for sharing.

I'm sure Cynthia will be ready in 16 weeks for her pro debut at the IFBB Europa Super Show.
