Hey girls!! Here is some updated info that I sent out to the NPC Competitors!!
We are gearing up for an AWESOME Show that will be a ton of fun and since it is the "Girls Only" you will finish in time to go out to dinner and fun after the night show!!
There are a lot of divisions so there are many chances to take home some bling and crossovers are allowed within the same division (ie. Open Figure and Masters Figure).
Online sign-ups for the show where you can even pay for your registration via Paypal are now up, you can book your hotel there as well!
The host hotel is AWESOME, has a full kitchen and is very close to the venue as well as the Galleria Mall, beaches and shopping!

The Inagural Ft. Lauderdale Cup will be held on October 10, 2009 in the midst of the beuatiful beaches and glamour of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida!

IFBB Figure

As a competitor you will compete in a beautiful venue, receive red carpet treatment and extra stage time due to the fact that it is a Fitness, Figure and Bikini event ONLY!
TONS of trophies will be awarded in SEVERAL NPC Divisions including:
Open Figure - 4 Classes with 5 places and an Overall
Jr. Figure - 2 Classes with 5 places and an Overall (For girls who have competed before but not won an Overall)
Novice Figure - 2 Classes with 5 places and an Overall (First time competitors ONLY)
Figure Over 35 - 2 Classes with 5 places and an Overall
Figure Over 45 - 2 Classes with 5 places and an Overall
Figure Over 55 - One Class with 5 places

Open Bikini - 4 Classes with 5 Places and an Overall
