NPC Lenda Murray Championships - August 22nd
Hey everyone!
 Just a reminder of Lenda Murray's Bodybuilding/Figure and Bikini Championship show is August 22nd 2009 in Norfolk, Virginia at the Harrison's Opera House. Come out and compete or cheer everyone on!! Lenda and Urel put on a great show for athletes and spectators alike. I'll be there for both shows and will be be backstage helping out my girl Rachel...her first show!!! I'd love to meet you if you plan on attending!!

I'll be there, keeping busy doing my thing, whatever that is.
Lenda and Urel work hard to make this a special event for everybody. How often do you get a chance to compete in an opera house, and not some high school auditorium? Or to meet both Lenda and Ronnie Coleman at a small show?

Yes, the show is great I competed in this show last year and Lenda and Urel are really nice ppl. Lenda is beautiful!! This year, I'm taking a picture w/ her!!!

My husband is Navy and we are living in VA Beach right now. I'm excited to have a local show to do. I am competing this coming Saturday at the OCB Presidential Cup in D.C. - so I'll be doing two shows back to back. I've done two other OCB shows in the past. Lenda Murray will be my first NPC show.

Hey Fitmom...YAY...another Va. Beacher!!  We have quite a few competitors in the area. I wanted to take the drive up this weekend to watch the OCB show but I can't manage the time off. Good luck w/ the show this weekend and I'd like to hear your thoughts on the differences of the two federations as far as being a competitor. There is an OCB show coming to Norfolk in October too.

My husband and I were just watching youtube videos of Lenda Murray last night. Quite an amazing woman.
Obviously I won't be going to observe the show however, since it's quite some distance from me. Maybe some day... |

Thanks sweetie!  Everything is coming together! I don't know how I've pulled it off in such a short amount of time, but I think I have. I started w/4-6 weeks LESS time than I normally do. No pressure...  LOL!
I look forward to meeting any other SC girls/guys who make it to the show! Should be tons of fun! |

Hi ME Yes, Lenda is an amazing lady and she is tooo nice. I can't wait to meet her again. I'm really looking forward to her show it's the best show that comes to Norfolk.
