Which is your fav Fitness Mag?

Here's another topic. With all the mags out there, which is your favorite and why?
I am huge Oxygen reader. I like that they use MANY competitors not just fitness models in their workout illustrations and I like the competition coverage. Great to see many of the figure and fitness ladies either in the cover or in a spread.

I love Oxygen and Muscle and Fitness Hers. They have great recipes in them and they always have inspirational stories about different women. I also love Flex.

Yes, Jenn Gates looked great on cover. I had to do a double take when I saw the issue at a news-stand. Think it was a Muscle & Fitness Hers cover.
Back in the day, I loved Muscle & Fitness, when they featured more of the female bodybuilders. My very first issue, which actually peaked my interest in bodybuilding, had Cory Everson on the cover, back in July or Aug. 1987. I've saved some issues from the last 80s and early-mid 90s.

I LOVE Oxygen but it seems as though they've softened up their look. I have noticed it only has like 1-2 pages of contest results. I also wish they weren't so late in posting the results of shows

True. They have a new editor, who came in before the end of '07. They stopped the calendar this year too and I always looked forward to it. I agree, show coverage/results are posted as old news by the time we get the issue.
On a different note, I got your txt. Tomorrow, 7 weeks out...training legs and cardio in the AM. Hitting the hay soon.

I agree, I wish they'd post it up sooner........I still like Oxygen tho.....

OXYGEN is my fav! I subscribe to the US edition (the new one just arrived in the post yesterday.. so guess what I'm doing all weekend!). We can't get M&F Hers over here

and I can't seem to find any subscription information online. I used to buy FLEX and the regular M&F, but got sick of never seeing any ladies (heck... they'd sell loads more if they had ladies in it and on the cover... all the lads love a perve!)

I always read Josh's MD when it comes in.. I like OXYGEN but I still have yet to get that subscription that I always say I am going to get!

I've always like Oxygen, I like the transformation stories and the contest coverage but you ladies are right with all the information online you can get it a lot quicker.

Muscle and Fitness Hers is harder to come by around here.

Ok, besides txting, I am a magazine addict too.

My favs are Muscle and Fitness Hers and Oxygen, muscle Mag and MD

I also get: Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness and Physique World, Flex, Muscle and Fitness

There is alot of recycled BS, but I like the different recipes, and the contest coverage, everyone once in awhile, I get some ideas and differnt exercises to do
