Ok this is going to be my prep for the World Cup in Madrid December 11th-14th!
Who else is going to be competeing there?

The diet and training are still going strong following a dissapointing result from the World Championships in Lake Como a couple of weeks ago :-(
So its on to spain in 6 weeks. I will keep you guys updated throughout my prep.
Lake como was stunning though and I met some fantastic people, thanks to everyone for your compliments and support.
Big well done to Louise my Team mate...so proud

The World Cup in also know as the IFBB Classic Worlds Mens Bodybuilding Competition. The bodyfitness categories are devided in to two classes under and upto 163, and over 163cm.
I am aiming to come in just a little bit tighter than the world Champs.

Prep is going well so far, will try post pictures in a week or so. I probably have to lose around another 3lbs, its hard to tell I do want to come in a little tighter this time. As its only 6 weeks between comps its really a case of just tweeking a few things.

Does anyone know anyone else who is competing in Madrid?

Thats awesome to hear that you are competing there!

Yes, World Cup is held in a same event with men's classic bodybuilding world championships. Last year it was in Russia and the line ups were really good. Hope to see more quality body fitness physiques in Madrid too although the contest is soo many weeks after the worlds.

Hey everyone :-)

Clare is looking fantastic. She's been at our gym just a week ago and she looks outstanding. Also saw a few sneaky pictures today! I'm rooting for her.. Her quads are simply out of this world!!!!!
